Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of internet and computer do I need to get the most out of this membership?
A high-speed internet connection and a newer computer that can stream videos and download large files works best. Our Membership is optimized for Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. To speed things up: increase the cache limit in your browser to at least 500mb and clear the cache regularly. Cookies must be enabled to log in.
The member area and videos work on most mobile devices, but we can’t guarantee 100% compatibility. We solve glitches as soon as we discover them and do our best to make our site user friendly.
I'm not very tech savvy, should I join?
We do our best to make the site as easy to navigate as possible. If you use our site, you should be able to login to a website, navigate a site, and also use Zoom conferencing for the Live Q&As. We try to provide videos when necessary, you can always email us and we will try to help!
Is there a required class schedule?
The only part of the membership that is scheduled is Sue’s Q&A Monthly Live Class. We will post a schedule of dates so that everyone knows when these are going to be and you will need to sign up so we can be prepared for the number of people coming to the Zoom call. If you can’t come, the call will be recorded and uploaded to the members area for members to watch. We also have a place where you can submit questions and we will try to answer them even if you aren’t able to come to the call. Everything else is available upon demand for you to view at your convenience.
How is payment set up?
Paypal recently decided not to allow us to use their payment processors due to their “community standards” and due to their censorship, we have switched our payment processor to Square.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, if you need to only join for a few months and then cancel after a certain period, you can rejoin when membership is open. If you do cancel when it is closed, you can rejoin when we open enrollment.
Does this membership include unlimited advice from Sue?
While this email does allow you to request a consultation with Sue, she does not answer acute or chronic questions on this membership site, those do require an appointment. Questions on the forum and Live Q&A can be general homeopathy questions but she cannot legally give health advice in this environment. Sue is currently only available to members for chronic consultations and is currently booked to the end of the year. She is not currently taking acute appointments but when she starts taking appointments she will only offer them to members.
